The PrimaV® Quality Management and evaluation of suppliers were developed for the management of tests, test equipment and test documentation – during the purchase, the production and the final tests. This way the quality information will be available over all supply and production processes.

The Quality Management is specialised in the test processes of the packaging industry and developed to handle material control in a sure and efficient way.

  • Indication of specific values and tolerances of the supplier material as reference value for the material check.
  • Indication of customers' specifications.
  • QC control based on material number indicated in purchase order.
  • Entry of material supply data and real material values after delivery.
  • Indication of tolerance status if values are exceeded in the upper or in the lower range (quality hold function).
  • QC control based on entry of print out, quantity of good sheets etc.
  • Entry of additional material numbers.
  • Comparison of nominal/actual values and entry of difference percentage
  • Product release or quality hold function based on tables of samples taken.
  • Final control – entry of results.
