High transparency and automisation of the order management (repair processes und -objects) are significant features of the repair management solution PrimaV® Reparatur.

Easy and quick data input and administration of cost estimates, repair orders and outgoing repairs as well as a special customer information system enable your staff to improve efficiency and to make work in your customer service even more user and customer-friendly.

Capacity plannings, production survey and administration of serial numbers are integrated to complete PRIMA Reparatur as far as factory processes are concerned. Additionally, numerous statistics such as sales, quantity, efficiency, capacity and error statistics are available.

PRIMA Reparatur has been developped in co-operation with the Swatch Group Deutschland GmbH being in use in its German customer Service Centers for many years now.
